Arjun Subedi is an Assistant Professor of Horticulture at Agriculture and Forestry University, Nepal. His research focuses on horticultural crop production, quality improvement, and post-harvest technology. He has been involved in teaching, research, and agricultural extension activities aimed at improving sustainable horticultural production and supporting farmer livelihoods. Mr. Subedi has published several scientific articles in national and international journals on fruit/vegetable crops, nutrient management, and crop quality evaluation. He is a recipient of the prestigious Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship and will pursue a PhD at Kyoto University, Japan (2026–2030), specializing in non-destructive evaluation of citrus in post-harvest technology.
