Born on June 8, 1975, in Bhumlu Rural Municipality–06, Kavreplanchok District, Nepal. Completed SLC from Shramik Shanti Secondary School, Lalitpur, in 1993, followed by I.Sc. Ag. from IAAS, Paklihawa Campus (1996), and B.Sc. Ag. from IAAS, Rampur, Chitwan (2001). Later earned an M.A. in Sociology from Patan Multiple Campus in 2003. Served as a lecturer at Kavre Multiple College for a decade before joining Agriculture and Forestry University in 2014 as an Assistant Professor of Rural Sociology. A PhD in Rural Sociology was completed in 2026 from the Department of Rural Sociology and Development Studies of AFU.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I’ve been actively involved in research, teaching, and training programs, participated in conferences and seminars, and published several scholarly articles.
